Alisha brings hands-on software development experience to Pi, combining her engineering skills with a keen eye for emerging deep-tech innovations. She started her career as a software engineer at Microsoft, where she worked on Dynamics 365, building features for global retail regulations. Before joining Pi, she built a tech-focused YouTube channel, Code with Alisha, with 30K+ subscribers by helping learners navigate data structures and algorithms—now pivoted to hosting podcasts with women entrepreneurs.

Alisha holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay, where she also led the institute's social service club, spearheading initiatives in mental health and education.
